Slow Food Melbourne Would like to invite you to join us for an exciting weekend in Gippsland April 17/18 & 19 for 3 days of shopping, cooking, eating & talking food & food sustainability issues.
The fun begins Saturday at the Foster Farmers Market for a Cook Here & Now event led by “Cooking The Italian Way” chef & teacher Pauline Leonard where you can get together to shop, cook & eat fabulous Gippsland produce.
Sunday we will enjoy a Sustainable Seafood lunch in Meeniyan.
Monday is the day to stretch the grey matter at the Growers & Eaters Forum.
As part of Slow Food Melbourne’s ‘Gippsland Weekend’, Moo’s is hosting a sustainable seafood lunch featuring fabulous seafood from our very own corner inlet.
