The Accommodation is spacious and clean. We particularly appreciated that you were prepared to change our breakfast order, with a specific request. the scrambled eggs, in particular, were excellent. Thank you Max and Pat. From Henley Beach. South Australia

A convienent place for a stop over after a day trip around the area. Just far enough away from Melbourne to enjoy without having to drive back after an enjoyable meander of the district.

Mercurio’s Menu

December 2009

Hello Lorraine,

We just wanted to thank you and the great folk of Meeniyan for a fantastic few days in town.

15 months ago when we were here, it felt like the town was terminal.  When we found out we were coming back to South Gippsland for another episode of Mercurio’s  Menu, we were keen to ensure we stayed at your Motel with the view to giving the town a helping hand through a bit of publicity.

We were astounded to see how much the town has changed in such a short period.  A functioning pub, a new restaurant about to open and of course your awesome hospitality gives Meeniyan a great vibe.

There now seems a future for the town and there is a new vigor around the place.  Good luck for the future and thank you for having us.  We look forward to our return in the future.
