SCULPTURE IN THE VINEYARD
Sculpture in the Vineyard is a collection of works by Gippsland artists in various mediums, principally outdoors. Following the warm reception for the sculpture exhibition last summer, Gippsland artists have welcomed the opportunity to exhibit new works. The works of various material are situated around the vineyard, the waterholes, the orchard and the gardens of Lyre Bird Hill, enticing visitors to wander, consider, maybe purchase, and enjoy the idyllic surrounds.

For the first time their husbands, Trevor Renfree and Russell Monson have joined forces to present an exciting visual response to their travels through the centre of Australia on a 4wheel drive journey along Binn’s Track.

VENUS BAY COMMUNITY CENTRE — HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES
Once again, (Venus Bay Community Centre) – VBCC will host a range of holiday activities for children and families. We are finalizing our program now, and this will be available in late December.
We will operate the program over the first 3 weeks of January; activities will include the ever popular Street Art workshops, mosaics, craft and games, the wonderfully informative wildlife display along with a host of other activities. We will also be featuring a concert by The Little Stevies.

STONY CREEK RODEO
Run by the Stony Creek Football club as a major fundraising event the rodeo will be a new event for this area. Kick off time around mid day with the main events to be staged under lights from 7.30 pm.
In the rodeo arena events like the thrilling rough riding & timed events such as bronc riding, bareback riding, bull riding steer wrestling, rope and tying and team roping will be held. Childrens entertainment includes pony rides, clowns & jumping castles. Evening entertainment includes music from the highly popular ‘Truckin with Tim’.
