Bed Of Roses Comes To Town
Did you know that the hit ABC series ‘Bed Of Roses‘ is filmed primarily in Meeniyan. Locations in our neighbouring town of Foster have also been utilized for this purpose.
The first series of Bed Of Roses was so successful that a second series starring Kerry Armstrong, Julia Blake and Jay Laga’aia (who’s particularly popular with the children because of his time with playschool) is currently being filmed in the local area right now.
The Meeniyan kindergarten was very grateful for the visit they received from Jay and he kindly posed for several photographs.

Really enjoyed seeing parts of Meeniyan again especially the centre gardens. I always like Kerry Armstrong in films and enjoyed the shows.
I lived my childhood there from 1949 to 1965.
Great to see
